(DC) denotes projects produced as Design Consultant, (AR) as Architect of Record. As Design Consultant, the firm was responsible for the design phase of the project only. As Architect of Record, the firm was responsible for complete architectural services including construction documents, bidding and negotiation phases as well as the construction support services phase.

2002 BOHEMIAN NATIONAL HALL, NEW YORK CITY (AR)
Complete revision of the project we prepared in 1995-96 for the building's former owner(see above), to accommodate the program of its new owner, the Czech government. New progam includes spaces for Czech consulate, Czech Cultural Center, lecture hall, screening room, exhibition space, guest accommodation, roof terrace and restaurant, as well one floor for Bohemian Benevolent and Literary Association, the building's former owner.

Proposal to expand an early constructivist, landmark-protected office building on Wenceslau Square in Prague, Czech Republic, into multi-use commercial center including shopping, offices, hotel and multiplex movie theater.

Complete renovation of 100 year old, 45,000 sq. ft., five story building on Manhattan's Upper East Side, including Grand Ball room, club rooms, administration, library and community spaces for the owner, as well as two floors of rentable tenant space. Project suspended/see below under 2002.
